The parish has a very cosmopolitan flavour and attracts people from all over the county. From here the friars engage in parish work, youth ministry and work among the local homeless. The parish community is warm and welcoming and includes young families, students, people from many ethnic backgrounds and people of all ages. We have an very accomplished choir and various parish groups including the Legion of Mary and a group which meets monthly for Taizé-style prayer.
The parish priest is Br Paul Coleman OFMCap.
We welcome all newcomers to the parish. Refreshments are provided in the Parish Hall adjoining the church after the 11.00am Mass on Sundays. This is an excellent opportunity to meet other members of the parish.
